This document specifies the basic requirements for quality grading of broiler carcasses and meat cuts, quality grading, marking, packaging and recording requirements, and describes the evaluation methods of technical indicators and quality grades for broiler carcasses and meat cuts. This document is applicable to the quality grading of broiler carcasses and meat cuts in slaughtering and processing enterprises.
