6.1 Copper foil Copper foil used for copper-clad laminates should comply with the regulations of GB/T5230. For copper foils not included in GB/T5230, the requirements should be agreed upon by both parties. 6.2 E glass fiber cloth E glass fiber cloth should comply with the regulations of GB/T18373. 6.3 The main resin of the resin system should be epoxy resin, and fillers and colorants can be added to improve the performance. 7 Technical requirements 7.1 Appearance The appearance of the copper-clad laminate shall comply with the provisions of 6.2 in GB/T4721-2021. 7.2 Dimensions The dimensions of the copper-clad laminate should comply with the provisions of 6.3 in GB/T4721-2021.
