This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods, sampling, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, accompanying documents, packaging, transportation, storage, safety and physical parameters that organic heat carriers for solar thermal power generation should meet. This standard applies to organic heat carrier products prepared from biphenyl and diphenyl ether for solar thermal power generation. This standard does not apply to organic heat carriers of biphenyl-diphenyl ether mixtures produced from recycled oil. This standard does not apply to biphenyl-diphenyl ether mixture organic heat carriers used in open heat transfer systems.
