This document is applicable to the measurement of customer experience of public cloud services. It determines the evaluation dimensions, measurement methods and measurement processes of public cloud customer experience. It can be used as a reference for customer experience measurement of other products of the same type, as well as private cloud, hybrid cloud and other services. This document does not apply to customer experience measurement of physical products with physical and chemical properties such as mechanical structure size, nor does it apply to public cloud hardware maintenance.
