- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, general requirements, general test requirements, special technical requirements, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rechargeable LED flashlights. This standard applies to charging devices that use LED as the light source, use built-in or external rated input voltage of 220V AC, and output safety extra-low voltage, or charge the internal battery through the DC safety extra-low voltage output interface of other electronic equipment. A flashlight that can be recharged repeatedly. This standard does not apply to special-purpose flashlights such as police bright flashlights, explosion-proof flashlights, and underwater flashlights.
