This document stipulates the sensory, physical, chemical and safety requirements for cellulase preparations, describes the corresponding test methods, stipulates inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage content, and gives product classifications to facilitate technical regulations. This document applies to the production, inspection and sales of cellulase preparations produced by fermentation methods.
