Scope

This standard specifies the environmental conditions, breeding, tadpole cultivation, rearing of young frogs and edible frogs, overwintering, feed requirements and disease prevention and control techniques for the pollution-free breeding of American frogs (Ranacates beiana Shaw). This standard applies to the pollution-free breeding of frogs in American frog ponds and cages (parent frogs, tadpoles, and juvenile frogs). Other breeding methods can be implemented as a reference.
