- This standard specifies a post-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 10 carbamate pesticides in soil and sediments. This standard applies to aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone, methomyl, 3-hydroxycarbofuran, aldicarb, propoxur, carbofuran, carbaryl, isopropylcarb, Determination of 10 carbamate pesticides including methiocarb. When the sampling volume is 10 g, the sample volume is 1.0 ml, and the injection volume is 15 μl, the detection limit of the method for 10 carbamate pesticides is 1 to 3 μg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 4 to 12 μg/kg.
