- This document specifies methods for the evaluation and application of measurement uncertainty in building sound insulation measurements. The main content of this document includes: --- Detailed evaluation of measurement uncertainty based on the mathematical model of the test procedure; --- Evaluation of measurement uncertainty based on inter-laboratory comparison measurement results; --- Application of measurement uncertainty. In addition, this document also gives the typical uncertainty values of the measurement results obtained by measuring according to GB/T 19889 (all parts) and evaluating according to GB/T 50121. This document is applicable to the evaluation and application of measurement uncertainty of sound insulation of buildings and building components. The evaluation and application of sound insulation measurement uncertainty of other components refer to it.
