- This specification stipulates the general requirements for cleaning and services of public toilets in Wuhan City, the surrounding environment, internal environment, facility cleaning and maintenance, cleaning staff management, smart management, supervision and evaluation requirements. This specification applies to the cleaning and service of urban public toilets within the administrative region of Wuhan City. The cleaning and services of toilets open to the public in social units shall be implemented accordingly. The cleaning and services of public toilets such as gardens, water services, markets, etc. can be implemented by reference.
