- This document stipulates the terms and definitions, assessment scope, assessment procedures and content, assessment report preparation and other basic requirements for economic development zone safety risk assessment. This document is applicable to the safety risk assessment work carried out in the economic development zones within the administrative regions of Sichuan Province; in the high-tech industrial development zones established mainly for the development of high and new technologies, the safety risk assessment work can be carried out with reference to this document. If laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail.
