- This document stipulates the terms and definitions for the preparation of inspection and testing reports (hereinafter referred to as reports), basic requirements for reports, and requirements for report content. This document applies to reports issued by qualified inspection and testing institutions (hereinafter referred to as institutions). If the inspection and testing industry, field or standards have specific requirements for report preparation, those provisions shall prevail. Reports issued by other types of institutions can be implemented with reference.
