This document stipulates the energy consumption limit level, technical requirements, energy consumption statistical scope and calculation method for special cement unit product energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of unit energy consumption of special cement production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects.
