Scope

This document specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating steps, and result analysis of the droplet digital RT-PCR detection method for canine distempervirus (CDV). This document is applicable to the detection of canine distemper virus nucleic acid in canine nasopharyngeal swabs, oral swabs, eye secretion swabs, liver, spleen, lung and fecal samples.
