This standard specifies the method for the determination of phosphorus, manganese, titanium, vanadium, cobalt and copper content by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of phosphorus, manganese, titanium, vanadium, cobalt and copper content in low carbon ferrochrome and micro carbon ferrochrome; determination of manganese, titanium, vanadium, cobalt and copper content in high carbon ferrochrome and medium carbon ferrochrome.
