This document stipulates the basic requirements for hydrogenation station operation and management, design requirements, personnel management, equipment management, quality management, safety management, emergency management, data and file management, operation management, etc. This document applies to vehicle hydrogenation stations with various forms of hydrogen supply, and also applies to the hydrogenation part of two-station or multi-station joint stations such as hydrogenation/refueling, hydrogenation/gas refueling, and hydrogenation/charging.
