- This document describes the terms and definitions, test principles, requirements, instruments and equipment, sample preparation and determination for the analysis of CCA and ACQ preservative wood and wood preservatives by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. This document is applicable to the determination of active ingredients such as copper oxide, chromium trioxide, and arsenic pentoxide in CCA and ACQ in preservative wood and wood preservatives, as well as the determination of other preservative wood and wood preservatives containing the above active ingredients.
