Scope
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides and dicamba in water. This standard applies to dicamba (3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid), 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxylate) in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and seawater. acetic acid), 2-methyl-4-chloro(2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid), 2,4-D propionic acid (2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-propionic acid), 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid), 2,4-Dbutyric acid (4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-butyric acid) and 2,4-Dbutyric acid , Determination of 7 herbicides including 5-propionic acid (2-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)-propionic acid). Using liquid-liquid extraction, the sampling volume is 250 ml, and when the fixed volume is 1.0 ml, the detection limit of the method is 0.04 μg/L~0.06 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.16 μg/L~0.24 μg/L; direct purification is used , when the sampling volume is 5.0 ml and the fixed volume is 1.0 ml, the detection limit of the method is 0.5 μg/L~0.8 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 2.0 μg/L~3.2 μg/L.
