This document stipulates the thermal system water flushing process of steam drum boiler units and once-through boiler units from water inlet to steam turbine flushing, as well as corresponding sampling point control, analysis and monitoring items, flushing water quality indicators and other technical requirements. This document is applicable to the water flushing of drum furnace units and once-through furnace units of various pressure levels in newly constructed (expanded) and renovated thermal power plants before the start-up of the entire set.
