- The "Marine Environment Safety Guarantee Platform" is a construction component of the "Marine Environment Safety Guarantee" project of the national key research and development plan. It is a large-scale platform with functions such as comprehensive integration and fusion analysis of marine environment safety information, marine environment safety early warning, risk management and emergency auxiliary decision-making. The comprehensive information system is an important part of the national security platform. This document stipulates the information product classification principles and systems of the marine environment safety assurance platform, as well as the coding rules for various information products, standardizes the identification, management and services of information products, and can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of platform services.
