Scope

This part of GB/T 29024 specifies the calibration and verification methods for light-scattering dust particle counters (abbreviated as LSAPC, hereinafter referred to as counters) in clean rooms. This instrument is used to measure the size and number concentration of particles suspended in the air. The light scattering method in this section is based on single particle measurement, and the typical particle size measurement range of this method is 0.1μm~10μm. Instruments conforming to this standard are mainly used for grading the air cleanliness in clean rooms and controlled clean areas, see reference [2], also available
