This document stipulates the requirements for raw materials and auxiliary materials, production environment, production technology, quality requirements, inspection rules, packaging labeling, transportation and storage for the production of Hunan pepper pickled peppers. This document applies to the production of Hunan pepper pickled chili products, and also to the processing of pickled chili semi-finished products.
