This document stipulates the technical requirements for user-side battery energy storage system integration technology, system access grid level and access method, system security design, energy storage system subsystems, system integration, system energy metering functions, etc. This document is applicable to the integration of user-side battery energy storage systems with voltage level access of 10kV and below, and the energy storage power of the unit grid connection point does not exceed 5MW/2h.
