This document specifies the gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of residues of various pesticides such as fenacetonitrile and their metabolites (see Appendix A) in fruits and vegetables. This document is applicable to the determination of 108 pesticides and their metabolite residues in cabbage, celery, tomatoes, eggplants, apples, oranges, shiitake mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. Other plant-based agricultural products can be implemented as a reference.
