GB/T 38702-2020 Security management systems for the supply chain—Best practices for implementing supply chain security, assessments and plans—Requirements and guidance (English Version)
This standard provides requirements and guidance for organizations in international supply chains to: --- develop and implement supply chain security processes; --- establish and record the minimum security level of the supply chain as a whole or part; --- assist organizations Meets applicable Authorized Operator (AEO) criteria within the World Customs Organization Framework of Standards and complies with national supply chain security programmes. Note: Only national customs agencies participating in the framework may designate organizations as Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs) in accordance with their supply chain security programs and associated certification and verification requirements. In addition, this standard identifies some document requirements that can be used as verification. Users of this standard will: --- Determine the link of the established secure international supply chain (see 4.1); --- Conduct security assessment on this link of the supply chain and develop appropriate countermeasures; --- Develop and implement Supply chain security plan; ——Train security personnel on security responsibilities.
