This document specifies the reagents, instruments and equipment, test procedures, precision and test reports for the determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron and silicon elements in polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber samples using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. . This document is applicable to the determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron and silicon content in raw yarn, pre-oxidized yarn and carbon yarn made from acrylonitrile. The content range of the measured multiple elements is shown in Table 1. The determination of other trace elements in polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber can be used as a reference.
