Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements and test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, transportation and storage of portable energy storage power supplies (also known as "outdoor power supplies"). This document applies to portable energy storage power supplies that use lithium-ion batteries as energy storage devices, use one or more AC/DC voltage input ports, and have one or more AC/DC voltage output ports.
