- What is BS EN 4400-6 about?
BS EN 4400-6 defines the requirements for the ordering, manufacture, testing, inspection, and delivery of aluminium alloy forging stock (produced by extrusion or hot rolling) and cast forging stock.
NOTE: BS EN 4400-6 shall be applied when referred to and in conjunction with the EN material standard, normally when the forging stock manufacturer is not the producer of the corresponding forgings.
