- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of high-precision free-cutting brass rods, product classification, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate, order form (or contract) content and quality commitment. This standard applies to round, rectangular (square), and hexagonal free-cutting brass rods (hereinafter referred to as rods) with a diameter or a distance between 3 mm and 16 mm.
