This standard specifies the main monitoring items, performance indicators, installation requirements, data collection and processing methods, data recording format and quality assurance in the flue gas carbon dioxide emission online monitoring system (CDEMS) for thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the online monitoring of carbon dioxide emissions produced by thermal power plants. The online monitoring of carbon dioxide emissions from industrial boilers and industrial furnaces using fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, petroleum, etc.) as energy can be implemented as a reference.
