- This standard stipulates basic requirements and normative operating methods for seven aspects involving industrial boiler energy conservation (selection, water treatment, waste heat recovery, operation and maintenance, utilization of external heat, management, evaluation and supervision, etc.). This standard applies to coal, oil, and gas-fueled boilers and their auxiliary machines, monitoring and measuring instruments, water treatment systems, control systems, etc. (hereinafter referred to as Boilers and their systems). Boilers, electric heating boilers and waste heat boilers that use other fuels may refer to the relevant contents of this standard.
