This document specifies the classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product instructions, packaging, storage and transportation of coal-water slurry additives. This document is applicable to additives for fuel coal-water slurry and gasified coal-water slurry. The applicable coal types are bituminous coal, anthracite and lignite.
