This document specifies the bit stream representation and decoding process of three-dimensional sound coding, and provides a reference implementation method for speaker rendering and binaural rendering. This document is applicable to three-dimensional sound, surround sound, and stereo codec and rendering in the field of radio, television and online audio-visual.
