- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage of copper-clad epoxy fiberglass cloth laminates for lead-free soldering. This standard applies to copper-clad laminates (hereinafter referred to as foil-clad laminates) made of glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy resin, surface-coated with copper foil, and hot-pressed and suitable for lead-free soldering processes.
