Scope
FOREWORD Addendum b adds the definition of ??construction documents.?? It also revises multiple portions of the standard to remove permissive language and replace it with mandatory codeenforceable language and removes a reference that is not used in the normative section. Note: In this addendum@ changes to the current standard are indicated in the text by underlining (for additions) and strikethrough (for deletions) unless the instructions specifically mention some other means of indicating the changes.
