Principle: Drop the sample extract into the loading area of the test card. The mycotoxins in the extract competitively react with the mycotoxin monoclonal antibody-UCP in the reaction area (T line), forming a solid-phase antigen in the reaction area (T line). -Labeled antibody-UCP (Up-Converting Phosphor, up-converting luminescent material) particle complex. The UCP particles in the reaction area (T line) and quality control area (C line) emit visible light signals under excitation light, which are transferred to a luminescence immunoassay analyzer to obtain the T value corresponding to the reaction area and the C value corresponding to the quality control area. The T/C ratio is inversely proportional to the aflatoxin B1, zearalenone and DON content in the sample.
