Scope
This document specifies the terms and definitions for determining the relative fluorescence quantum yield of blue light emission of graphene quantum dots by molecular fluorescence spectrometry, measurement principles, instruments, reagents and equipment, sample pretreatment, measurement conditions and steps, data processing and calculations, and Certainty source analysis and test reports.
