Scope

This standard specifies the air tightness, rated hydrogen storage capacity, rated hydrogen charging rate, rated hydrogen discharging rate and hydrogen charging and discharging cycle test methods of fixed metal hydride hydrogen storage devices for electric energy storage. This standard is applicable to the hydrogen charging and discharging performance test of fixed metal hydride hydrogen storage devices for electric energy storage, including the hydrogen charging and discharging performance of air heat exchange type and liquid heat exchange type metal hydride hydrogen storage devices.
