- This standard specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, warranty period and quality commitment of low-noise cooling fans for transformers (hereinafter referred to as fans). This standard applies to fans used in transformer cooling systems where the ambient temperature is not lower than -40°C and not higher than 80°C.
