Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for the water washing and desalination process of domestic waste incineration fly ash using cement kilns to co-process, technical requirements for fly ash reception and storage, water washing, washing liquid purification, brine separation technology, and fly ash water washing chloride index requirements. This document is applicable to the cement kiln co-processing process of domestic waste incineration fly ash washing and desalination.
