- This standard specifies the general requirements for electrical fire detection of power transformation and distribution devices, low-voltage distribution lines, lighting devices and general low-voltage electrical equipment, grounding and equipotential bonding, visual inspection, instrument testing, as well as electrical fire hazard judgment methods and result processing. This standard is applicable to electrical fire detection for power users of 10kV and below. This standard does not apply to electrical fire detection in underground mines, explosion hazard locations, and anti-static, lightning protection and fire-fighting facilities.
