This document stipulates the requirements for financial evaluation of new distributed photovoltaic projects, financial evaluation of reconstruction and expansion projects, economic evaluation of public utility projects, sensitivity analysis, and economic comparison and selection of technical solutions. This document is applicable to distributed photovoltaic projects that are constructed and operated at or near the user's site, and are mainly used by the user side for their own use, and the excess electricity is connected to the Internet.
