Scope

Amplify the Staphylococcus aureus EbpS gene, and design a TaqMan probe for the EbpS gene. The 5' end of the probe is labeled: 6-FAM (6-carboxyfluorescein); the 3' end of the probe is labeled: BHQ1 (fluorescently labeled polypeptide) .
