This document describes a method for the determination of lactoperoxidase in milk and milk products. This document is applicable to the determination of lactoperoxidase in raw milk, pasteurized milk and high temperature sterilized milk. The detection limit of this document is 50U/L. The principle of this test is based on the principle of enzymatic reaction. The lactoperoxidase in the sample can catalyze the release of oxygen in the hydrogen peroxide. The released oxygen undergoes an oxidative polymerization reaction with p-phenylenediamine to produce a brown substance. , according to the color change, the lactoperoxidase content can be judged by comparing with the standard color card.
