Scope

This part specifies the gas chromatography method for the determination of 24 organophosphorus pesticides (see Appendix A) residues in meat and poultry samples. This section is applicable to the determination of the above pesticide residues in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit and poultry samples. The detection limit of this part of the method is 0.01mg/kg ~ 0.02mg/kg (see Appendix A).
