Scope
1. Main content of the standard This standard provides guidance for the development of robust products by applying the robust parameter design optimization method (referred to as robust parameter design), which is an effective optimization method based on the Taguchi method. This standard introduces the terms and definitions of robust parameter design, robustness assessment tools (signal-to-noise ratio), steps of robust parameter design, and application cases of robust parameter design in various technical fields. 2.
