This standard stipulates the basic principles, work procedures and technical requirements for groundwater remediation and risk control in contaminated plots. This standard applies to the formulation of technical plans, engineering design and construction, engineering operation and monitoring, effect evaluation and later environmental supervision for groundwater remediation and risk management in contaminated plots. The technical plan for soil remediation of contaminated plots shall be formulated in accordance with HJ25.4. This standard does not apply to groundwater remediation and risk control in radioactively contaminated and pathogenic biologically contaminated plots.
