- This guideline is applicable to module manufacturers that conduct photovoltaic module design qualification and finalization in accordance with IEC61215. The purpose of this guideline is to provide a higher level of confidence in the consistent performance and reliability of certified photovoltaic modules. This guideline proposes specific requirements based on the assumption that the organization's quality management system has met the requirements of GB/T19001 or corresponding quality management systems. By maintaining manufacturing systems in accordance with this guideline, it is expected that the performance of photovoltaic module products will remain consistent with the performance measured by the test sequence of IEC61215 or IEC62108.
