Scope

This International Standard specifies a method for determining the flashpoint of a paint, vamish, paint binder, solvent, or a related product when the flashpoint is below 110 °C. NOTE. Care should be taken in the interpretation of results obtained from solvent mixtures containing halogenated hydrocarbons (see clause 0).
