Method principle: At 60℃~70℃, the free calcium oxide in the aluminum-silica refractory material can form soluble calcium ethylene glycol with ethylene glycol. After filtration, it is fully washed with absolute ethanol and treated with methyl red-potassium bromide. Phenol green is used as indicator, titrate with hydrochloric acid standard solution, and calculate the amount of free calcium oxide based on the consumption of hydrochloric acid.
